I would never buy another car without the assistance of Richie Axelsen, the AutoBuying Assistant. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable. I told him the things I wanted my new car to have, he researched all the cars that met this criteria, he set up the appointments, showed up for all of them, test-drove the cars with me, gave me his opinion when I asked for it, did the talking for me so I didn’t have to do the “negotiating”, and saw the whole process through right to the signing on the dotted lines. He was creative in getting me a swap so I didn’t have to wait too long for my new car. He was GREAT and I have never had such a pleasant car-buying experience…..imagine that!
